No, many leaks can be repaired. After inspecting the leak our trained professionals will be able to give you a better idea of where the leak is and what is causing them to occur.

How long should a roof last?

Our rubber roofing installation can last up to 30 years if properly maintained and our shingle roofing comes with a lifetime transferable warranty to keep you and your family safe and sound.

How long does it take to replace a roof?

Rubber roofs take about 4-6 hours to replace. Depending on the size of your home, shingle roofs can be removed within 1-2 days. What are the benefits of having my roof sealed & coated?

As preventative maintenance to flat residential and commercial roofs, sealcoating helps to keep your roof free from leaks and lasts between 3 to 4 years. Furthermore, sealcoating reflects the sun’s heat & UV rays away from your home or building, saving you on your energy bills. Learn more about our roof sealcoating services.

How much will it cost to repair my roof?

There are many variables to consider when providing an estimate for roof repair. Size of the roof, material and time of year all factor into the final cost. While we cannot give you a final price until we’ve done a complete evaluation, Reliable Roofing does offer free estimates and no work begins until you approve the invoice.

How can I save on future roof repair bills?

Preventative maintenance is the best way to prevent damage. We recommend a professional roof inspection twice per year where we’ll check for leaks, broken or missing shingles and other damage.

Do I need to do anything before you begin repairs?

A few tips we recommend are leaving the house for a few hours, with your pets, to avoid the noise. If you are staying, please park on the street and cover your pool.

What are the signs that my roof needs to be replaced?

The first sign is age. If your roof is more than 20 years old, it is probably time for repairs or a full replacement. Other signs include: lifted, cracked or missing shingles, leaks and wet spots in your attic.

Do I also need to replace the gutters & downspouts?

If your gutters and downspouts are still in good shape, we will simply remove & reinstall them. But, we will recommend damaged or old gutters & downspouts be replaced.

Can I stay in my home during a roof replacement?

Yes. If the noise bothers you, you may want to consider leaving for a few hours while the bulk of the work is done. However, you do not have to and a roof replacement will not interfere with day-to-day activities.

Are you licensed & insured?
